Who you are buying from
AI Cost Governor Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles taxes. Lemon Squeezy’s own terms apply to the payment. These terms, set by the owner of this website (identified in the legal notice), apply to the product and to your license.
What you get
- The AI Cost Governor Pro add-on for WordPress, released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later.
- For as long as your subscription is active: downloads and updates, license activations for the number of sites in your plan (Pro: 1 site, Agency: up to 25 sites) and email support.
- Pro needs WordPress 7.0 or later and the free AI Cost Governor plugin installed and active.
Price, renewal and cancellation
- The subscription is billed monthly, in advance, at the price shown at checkout (taxes included where applicable), and renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your customer portal. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; after that the Pro features pause and your site keeps working with the free plugin.
- We may change prices for future periods by notifying you at least 30 days in advance; you can cancel before the change applies.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
What the product does and does not do
AI Cost Governor estimates costs from the token usage reported by your AI provider and the prices in its price table, and it blocks further requests once a budget is exhausted. Estimates can differ from your provider’s invoice, the request that crosses a budget is completed, and AI requests made outside the WordPress AI Client are not seen. You remain responsible for your AI provider account and its charges; always check your provider’s own limits and invoices.
Liability
We provide the software with reasonable care. Except where the law does not allow it (for example in cases of intent or gross negligence, or towards consumers when mandatory law says otherwise), our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or charges from third-party services.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may go to the courts of your place of residence.
